Admin Bar

Need to edit content quicker? Need a way to easily manage your site?

With the Admin Bar you now can mange your site and content easily. This addon comes with several features and is fully customizable to suit your needs and site. You can edit any page or entry, create new entries from any of your collections, jump into frequently used parts of your dashboard and so much more all from the Admin Bar.

Getting Started

1. Copy the "AdminBar" folder to your Statamic site/addons directory.
2. Run php please update:addons to load the addon's dependencies.
3. Add the tag to your default layout theme file: {{ admin_bar }}
4. Log in and visit the front-end of your site.

Configuration

The Admin Bar can be customized to suit your needs and usage.

• Admin Bar Links: links to various admin content that you use frequently. By default, the bar comes loaded with Dashboard, Pages, Collections, and Assets.
• Admin Bar Options: You can disable/enable any features that you would like to use and these include languages, current user, current environment, create content, edit the current page or entry, and allowing logout from the bar.
• Admin Restrict Roles: This feature is allows you to customize which user roles or permissions you want to show the admin bar. Default is for anyone logged in.
• Dark Mode: turns the bar dark.
