I want the name of the person that used our contact form to show as From: field in the email it sends out. Putting {{ name }} in the Sender (From) field doesn't work (generates Laravel/php errors) and also a previously mentioned solution from v1 doesn't seem to work in v2 (again, php/Laravel errors).

Any other way how to resolve this?

The reason why I want the real sender name in the email is because the email is being processed in our HelpScout support suite, and I want it to reflect the real sender, not our fallback self chosen name. The reply-to field as {{ email }} does work as desired (and is used by HelpScout as sender address) so I support it should work for sender name too.
