Alright so I had this set up before and then reformatted my computer without backing up the progress I had made thus far. And for the life of me, I can't remember how I had gotten it to do what I wanted it to before.

Basically I want the nav to expand a parent to show children when the width is wide enough and when the width isn't wide enough, it would just show the parent page.

I've got,

            <ul class="nav navbar-nav">
                {{ nav from="/" include_home="true" scope="tag" max-depth="2"}}
                    {{ if children }}
                      {{ children }}
                      <li{{ if is_current or is_parent }} class="active"{{ /if }}>
                          <a href="{{ url }}">{{ tag:nav_title or title }}</a>
                      </li>
                      {{ /children }}
                    {{ else }}
                    <li{{ if is_current or is_parent }} class="active"{{ /if }}>
                        <a href="{{ url }}">{{ tag:nav_title or title }}</a>
                    </li>
                    {{ endif }}
                {{ /nav }}
            </ul>

Which works as intended for wide pages. On narrow pages, I don't want it to show the children. I don't remember how I had this set-up last time, where it did just that.

To put it as simple as possible. On wide page I want parent to expand and show children but not the parent page. On narrow page I want only parent to show.
