We have statamic hosted in Azure and one of the team have reported that they are unable to delete items.

Upon testing I have the following response showing up in Network:

HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not Allowed Allow: GET, HEAD, OPTIONS, TRACE Content-Length: 101 Content-Type: text/html Server: Microsoft-IIS/10.0 X-Powered-By: ASP.NET Date: Tue, 05 Mar 2019 12:57:41 GMT

The request is as below.
