Sidebar not showing sub menus

Hi,

I have an issue where the sidebar menu in the control panel is not showing the sub menus. So for example, if I click on Settings, I don't see the list underneath once the page loads.

I can navigate to the email settings directly from the URL though.

Any ideas?
