CP issue with 1.9 possibly redactor

I have updated a site to 1.9 and am having some issues in the CP.

I am using redactor on this page and was having the copy paste issue so I disabled cleanOnPaste. Then I got this. Even after re-enabling cleanOnPaste the issue persists.

Anybody have any insights?
