I am following along with the learn statamic course and am at the stage where I am required to create a theme using the php plaese make:theme command (php please make: theme Chimney) but when I do this I get an error Command "make: theme" is not defined ? Am I doing something wrong? The site (saratoga) is installed in c:\wamp64\www\saratoga as I'm installing on a WAMP local setup.
