addon installation fail

I'm trying to install an addon and getting the message Pakage aerni/snipcart has a PHP requirement incompatible with your PHP version, PHP extensions and Composer version

My php version is 8.0.3, composer version 2.0.9

I tried with --ignore-platform-reqs but that failed at the end of the installation process.
