Get Homepage URL within a localized page

Hi, I try to get the root homepage URL without the localized slug to access my public assets folder:

When using {{ homepage }}img/favicon/favicon.png inside a locale it gives me

https://test.test/en/img/favicon/favicon.png instead of https://test.test/img/favicon/favicon.png
