Why does stache:doctor complain about unconfigured indexes?

Hi,

why does even on a fresh installation running

php please stache:doctor

complain about Unconfigured indexes ?

How do I get rid of these warnings? This drives me crazy. How do I know my content is intact if I get these warnings?

[✗] Unconfigured indexes in taxonomies
- path

[✗] Unconfigured indexes in collections
- path

[✗] Unconfigured indexes in asset-containers
- path

Any ideas?
