Uploaded site to live server, works great locally but am getting a fatal error on the live server. This is the full error

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Symfony\Component\Filesystem\Exception\IOException' with message 'Unable to write to the "/home/xxx/public_html/test/_cache/_app/content" directory.' in /home/xxx/public_html/test/_app/vendor/Symfony/Component/Filesystem/Filesystem.php:449 Stack trace: #0 /home/xxx/public_html/test/_app/core/api/file.php(96): Symfony\Component\Filesystem\Filesystem->dumpFile('/home/xxx/...', 'a:4:{s:4:"urls"...', 493) #1 /home/xxx/public_html/test/_app/core/private_api/_cache.php(491): File::put('/home/xxx/...', 'a:4:{s:4:"urls"...') #2 /home/xxx/public_html/test/_app/start.php(148): _Cache::update() #3 /home/xxx/public_html/test/index.php(66): require_once('/home/xxx/...') #4 {main} thrown in /home/xxx/public_html/test/_app/vendor/Symfony/Component/Filesystem/Filesystem.php on line 449

I've checked my permissions and that's not the problem. Statamic v1.9.2. Server passes the check.php. Here is the site with error: http://test.skullboy.co.za/

Any ideas?

Thanks
