July, 2022

Happy July! Thanks for letting us slide into your inbox amidst all the summer BBQs, pool daze, and vacation plans. We have some cool things to share from the last month. Let's get into it!

Statamic Turned 10

On June 19th, Statamic celebrated its 10th birthday. It's hard to believe that much time as passed since those early days running on SlimPHP with a 5 page control panel, but here we are, worlds apart, living the dream.

Instead of telling our story again (just go look up our 9th, or 8th birthday blog posts), we wanted to take the time to personally thank everyone we possibly could who helped Statamic grow into what it is today.

Antlers Now Supported on Github

With this change you will now able to see usage stats on repositories, proper syntax highlighting on Antlers files (.antlers.html) and use highlighting in code blocks you create on issues, discussions, READMEs, and everywhere else on GitHub.

It also works on Gists which is super handy for sharing code snippets or saving them privately for later reuse.

What's new in Statamic

June's Progress & Pulse

Last month we closed 46 issues, merged 51 pull requests,Β and shipped 4 releases.

There are a few bigger PRs in the works that will be making their way into core soon.
