Smashing Bugs and Merging PRs 🚀
With Duncan on the team now we've be able to really accelerate our efforts on the Core and across the Statamic ecosystem. I mean, look at the bar graph above! That's an actual screenshot and no image generated by AI. Even though I'm sure DuncanGPT Turbo would be able to do that as well. The team here has been smashing lots of bugs, reviewing and merging PRs, and generally making Statamic the best it can possibly be.
A couple of new features made it in as well, like the brand new Group Fieldtype, custom replicator icon directories and the ability to duplicate fields in Blueprint/Fieldset builders, just to name a few. So less copy and pasting in your YAML files. How neat is that? Check out the release notes for the full list of changes.

Past and Upcoming Statamic Related Events 💜
- Marty Friedel of Mity Digital, one of our certified Partner agencies Down Under, gave a talk about Statamic at Laracon AU 🇦🇺. It should be available on the YouTube channel of Laracon AU in a couple of days. We can't wait to watch it!
- Laracon EU is going to take place in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 in early Feburary and Jack, Joshua, and Duncan are going to be there. We really like the idea of doing a Statamic meetup the eveing before the conference starts. Grab some food, have a drink, and chat about Statamic and everything else. Reply to this email if you're interested in attending.
- Jay George, long time Statamic community member and freelance developer from the UK 🇬🇧, is planning a Statamic meetup in London the weekend of Feb 24th and 25th. About 10 already booked their hotel. There will be food, drinks, and activities (like minigolf and a guided tour of parts of London by Jay himself). If you're interested, let him know on Discord.
- We were planning on giving you more details about Flat Camp EU by now but the contract hasn't been signed yet. Still a few things to figure out. Really hoping to be able to share more details (or even have the ticket sale open) by the next issue of this newsletter. 🤞
