We’re back after the holidays. We slowed down, looked back, and reflected—and one thing was abundantly clear: we owe you a heartfelt thank you.
To everyone using Statamic, your support, trust, and feedback continue to shape what we build. It genuinely means a lot.
In 2025, we chose to slow down on purpose so Statamic 6 could be more than just “a quick update.” It’s being built as a foundation for the coming years. Over the course of the year, the v6 branch saw a staggering 883 pull requests merged.
Along the way, we also redesigned our documentation and kept Statamic 5 moving forward with new features, quality-of-life improvements, and plenty of bug fixes.
2025 Recap
I took some time at the end of the year to put together a deeper look at what’s been happening behind the scenes on Statamic 6—modernizing the Control Panel architecture (Vue 3 + Inertia), building a full-fledged UI component library with Storybook docs, a cleaner and more intuitive UI, and a whole lot more.
It’s way too much to fit into a newsletter, so if you’re curious, head over to the blog and read the full post.
As we forge ahead into 2026, we’re feeling incredibly grateful—and genuinely excited about what’s next. We’re also very aware that we get to do this alongside this community, which makes all the difference.
Here’s to a great year ahead. 💛
