Installation
Simply copy the Hooker folder into site/addons/. That's it!
Settings
The settings page is accessed via CP > Configure > Addons > Hooker.
Usage
Add a new hook by clicking the Hook + button on the settings page. Set the URL of the webhook that should be triggered and select the actions where after which it should be triggered.
And you're all done!
