Instagram Business API

• Fixed Invalid route action: [MarcoRieser\StatamicInstagram\ImageProxy]

Since Statamic v5.43.0, Glide supports external URLs with query params. Therefore, this major version removes the ability to proxy images and drops the ig_proxy modifier.
