Fixes Issue #2, and adds some new translation strings.

In this update - change two_factor_last_challenged database migration from string to text (Issue #1)

This update addresses an issue with the "validity" period and being re-challenged too soon.

The update also adds additional tests for Eloquent users. This can be toggled in the phpunit.xml file if you wanted to run the tests to be either file or eloquent.
