Statamic IndexNow

• Fixed entries being marked as submitted after a failed submission (e.g. 403 or 429); only 2xx responses now count towards an entry's status, while failed attempts are still recorded
• Fixed the test suite, which failed to boot on current Laravel/Statamic versions

• Fixed page selection and submission in the IndexNow utility on Statamic 6, where the inline script was stripped by the Vue-rendered Control Panel (#2, thanks @srusche in #3)
• Changed the IndexNow utility's submit button to a floating toolbar that appears while entries are selected, like the Control Panel listings; Escape deselects

• Fix button styling which changed with Statamic 6's CSS framework changes. Replaces removed btn and btn-primary classes with Tailwind utility classes matching Statamic 6's native button styles.

• Add Statamic 6 compatibility

• Breaking: Replaced database storage with flat-file JSON storage — no database or migration required
• Removed Eloquent model and migration in favor of SubmissionStore using storage/statamic-indexnow/submissions.json
• Compatible with flat-file Statamic sites that don't use a database
