Fix since v1.3.1:
- Consent Mode v2
consent updatesignals (ad_storage,analytics_storage,ad_user_data,ad_personalization) were silently ignored by Google Tag Manager/gtag.js after a visitor accepted cookies, becausebootConsentMode()pushed a plainArraytodataLayerinstead of anargumentsobject. GTM only processes the latter, so Tag Assistant kept showing every signal as Denied even though thecookie_consent_updateevent fired correctly.gtag('consent', 'default', ...)was unaffected since it's set via the separate, already-correct{{ cookie_consent:defaults }}inline snippet. resources/js/consent-mode.js'sgtagnow pushesarguments, matching the pattern already used in the inline snippet.
Thanks to Marcus for the detailed report and repro steps.
