Alt Password Protect

The control panel page has moved from Tools to Alt Tools → Privacy & security, a group shared with the other Alt addons, and its icons now come from Statamic's own icon set so they match the rest of the nav. A user or role nav customisation that moved or renamed the item needs setting up again.

alt_password_protect_icon is removed from the config file, as the icon is no longer configurable. A published copy of the config keeps the key, but nothing reads it.
